Our Mission

Tangerine graduated from Borneo Tarakan University with honors in Fashion Design before going on to receive his MBA from Syracuse University.  Tangerine is now bringing his extensive experience to his true passion, running a tavern.

Spike cut his chops quickly rising through the ranks of a  multinational video game and entertainment company headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo.   When he heard Tangerine was expanding to the hospitality industry, he sped right over and offered his services.

Rusty has always had a keen sense of taste, even from a young age.  He was always able to locate the most exquisite trash piles and steer others to that.  He believes that the same tastes that lead one to eat garbage can be transferred to the beer selection process.

Buff grew tired of his prior career as an accomplished Iditarod racer, after winning with each of the Seaveys in 2016 and 2017.  He then moved south to follow in the footsteps of his hero, Paul Blart, in the realm of hospitality security.

Waddles grew in Australia to a large family of Little Penguins.  At a young age, he moved to Southern California to be a part of the movie industry.  After consulting for Dreamworks and Warner Bros., he decided to bring his fast paced lifestyle to the most lively place on Earth, southern Cuyahoga County.

Buckwheat handles most of the back office work, including accounting, operations, and image consulting.  He spends most of his time in the corporate headquarters, so if you see him around the tavern be sure to say hi!

Fiona recently joined the team to help with the worldwide labor shortage.  After being held in a tower by a fire-breathing dragon for most of her adolescent life, no challenge is too large for her. 

We just found him here one day.  Keeping him around counts as a charitable write off.
